Job Description: As a Digital Marketing Coordinator at IMS, you will develop and manage digital marketing efforts for both IMS and its clients. You’ll create engaging social media content, leverage HubSpot for email campaigns and analytics, utilize Meta tools for ad management, and collaborate with the marketing team to refine strategies and improve online engagement.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media content across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitive analyses, and audience insights to inform digital strategies.
Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and multimedia content for social media posts, blog articles, and more.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics and performance data to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for optimization.
Use Meta Business Suite and TikTok analytics to optimize content and ad performance.
Use HubSpot to support the development of client email marketing campaigns, list segmentation, workflows, content creation, performance tracking, and analytics support.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to inform strategy adjustments.
Assist in the enhancement and management of the company's website and blog, including content updates, SEO optimization, and maintenance.
Assist in the collection and analysis of data from digital marketing channels, including website traffic, social media, Hubspot, online advertising, and more.
Provide administrative support as needed, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and preparing presentations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation or a similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools, including Meta, TikTok, Canva, and Google Analytics required.
Experience with HubSpot (or similar platform) required.
Experience with Asana project management program preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.
